Software Applicatons
ORC Data Services are creating a new range of self-contained software applications tailored to a specific market or customer requirement.
These applications will provide clients with a cost effective and easy way to use analysis and decision making tools, enabling rapid access to key data via a graphical user-interface.
These applications build on the detailed modelling and forecasting work carried out by The ORC Partnership using the Retail Sales and Profit Model - the UK's only fully intergrated supply and demand model.
Products currently available are:
LAPIS (Local Area Planning Information System)
LAPIS is a version of the RSPM which allows local authorities and planning consultants to review planning applications or to formulate planning policy using data specific to their local authority area and adjacent authority areas. It is intended for use as an installed system.
